This is made up of 3 Independent, 2 Labour and 1 Plaid members. It meets monthly on the second Monday of the month.
Its role is to manage the Council’s financial policies and procedures and make recommendations to the Council in the finalisation of annual budgets and the setting of the precept. It also has an overview of all Governance issues and is responsible for all staff policies and procedures. It may also establish Disciplinary, Complaints, Grievance and Appeals panels/committees as and when required.
